As part of a holiday challenge I have been participating in, we were challenged to “leave an operation beautiful note”. I feel very privileged to have come across such a great movement as Operation Beautiful, and I plan on continuing to leave Operation Beautiful notes in random places all year long. The premise behind the Operation Beautiful movement is to end negative self-talk or “Fat Talk”.
The Operation Beautiful movement encourages people to leave random notes with encouraging messages in public places for other people to find. Who doesn’t deserve to be told that they are beautiful?!?! All too often our society is setting expectations of how we are “supposed” to look. The reality is that we are all unique and beautiful in our own way and deserve to be told that and feel it.
